This document outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for users who choose to access our service. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with this policy. The data we collect is used to deliver and enhance the service. Facial and Image Data Collected via Camera

We prioritize the privacy and security of user data. This section explains how we collect, use, process, and protect image data, including facial data, when users utilize the camera feature for AI powered analysis.

Data Collected

When users actively enable the camera and consent to use AI powered image recognition or analysis features, the application may temporarily process the following data.

Camera Captured Images. Real time video frames or photos taken with your device camera. These are processed solely for the purpose of providing the AI analysis service.

Facial Feature Information. If the AI analysis involves facial recognition or related tasks, key facial points and characteristics may be extracted temporarily. The application does not extract, store, or generate any biometric identifiers for identity verification unless explicitly stated for a specific, consented feature.

Other Visual Information. Objects, scenes, text, or other elements present in the camera feed that are relevant to the AI analysis.

All image data is processed in real time or immediately after capture and is not retained after the analysis is complete.

Purpose of Use

Image data captured via the camera is used exclusively for the following purposes.

To enable real time AI based analysis, such as object recognition, scene understanding, text extraction, or facial analysis.

To improve the accuracy and performance of the AI algorithms during processing.

To provide you with the requested results or enhancements based on the analysis.

Such data is not used for advertising, user profiling, unrelated data analytics, or any secondary purpose. All data is permanently deleted immediately after processing.

Data Storage and Deletion

Image data is processed locally on your device or in encrypted, volatile memory during server side analysis. No image data is stored long term, either locally on your device or on any external servers. Once processing and analysis are complete, all image data is permanently and irrecoverably deleted.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose any image data to third parties under any circumstances, except as required by law. If any third party services are engaged for essential processing functions, such services are contractually bound to process data strictly in accordance with this policy, ensuring it is processed only in memory and deleted immediately after use. No third party is permitted to retain or use the data for their own purposes.

User Control and Consent

Users maintain full control over camera and image data processing. Processing of image data requires explicit, active consent from the user prior to each session or as configured in settings. This includes granting camera permission. Users can revoke consent and terminate data processing at any time by disabling the relevant AI features within the application or by revoking camera permissions through their device settings. Users may contact us to request information about our data processing practices. However, as data is not retained after processing, we cannot provide access to specific processed data sets.

This policy ensures that all image data processing is conducted with transparency, user control, and in compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
